Exceptionally comfortable beds, room was fairly quiet. The breakfast had a wide array of food, including outstanding coffee, tea, toast, cereals, and jam. The staff were very, very nice and assisted with public parking.

The staff were reasonably good and attentive! The location was excellent and good, really close to the main shops/arcades, Market Square and the sea front and the main strip. And there was Britannia Fish & Chips with short-orders only a short distance to the venue, super convenient.

Liked my pleasant stay in this hotel second visit. The room was great-sized and functional with a seaview and they provided wake-up service when I asked. This location was particularly good and fab, very close to shops and attractions. Also, Hollywood Cinema was in walking distance.

When I am in Great Yarmouth, I like staying here. This place is good value, very good value for money. It has magnificent, unbeatable setting, just next door to the promenade to sea and the central seafront. There's Pub on the Prom with nice shots only a short distance to the venue.
